In Veil City, you can find massage therapists in humble houses. It is located on the south side of the community, to the left of the metronome style store. Go to the leftmost staircase and enter the house on the right of the old man. You will also see a couple nearby, and there is a Stunky walking around next to it. Ignore them for now and enter the building.

Inside, you should see a boy in a blue hat, a woman in a pink dress, and a cute Pachelisu. Go talk to that woman and she will ask if you want to massage one of your Pokémon. Please note that you can only massage Pokémon once a day, so make sure to choose the correct one.

Massaging your Pokémon will help you evolve certain Pokémon that require the utmost care and attention. You can also improve your friendship with pocket monsters by giving them a soothing bell and heading to Amity Square in Hearthome City.
