FAQ about Samples
Q: Do you charge for making sample?
A: Yes, we do. We need to pay designing team salary and everything related to the sample like materials, printing, embroidery and modeling cost if necessary, etc.
Q: Sample charge?
A: Sample charge will be collected before we start to make your samples, the prices will vary according to the complexity.
Normally it is $80∼$150USD/design (Size≤40cm. Freight charge is additional). 2 PCS of your samples can be provided.
If there are several designs, we will give you a reasonable discount accordingly, samples charges will vary.
Q: Will you refund it?
A: Yes. We will refund the sample fee when the first order qty reaches 5, 000PCS/design.
Q: What's the sample time?
A: Samples usually take about 3-5 working days but may vary depending on how many styles and the complexity of your samples. If your samples requires a lot of printing, embroideries, or other special requirements, it may take longer.

Q: What is the MOQ of one order?
A: Our MOQ are set according to what material suppliers' MOQ are.
• Size≤15cm, 5000PCS/design and size.
• 15-30cm, 3000PCS/design and size.
• 30-50cm, 2000PCS/design and size.
• Size>50cm, negotiable.
*Please note if it is a mixed order with several designs our MOQ is negotiable.
Q: What's the lead time normally?
A: For your reference, the estimated lead time is as following:
• MOQ-20, 000PCS 45 days.
• 20, 000-50, 000PCS 60 days.
• 50, 000-100, 000PCS 70 days.
• More than 100, 000PCS, partial shipment is suggested.
In 2018, we completed ninety three 40' containers for Walmart.
So anything is possible here when you trust your orders with us.
Q: How's the packaging? Do you do customized packaging?
A: Our packaging consist of 1PC/PE bag, then layered in a 5 ply corrugated carton. (AA quality level). Our carton are lined with a waterproof PE bag.
All packages can be customized to your specific request. We provide all sorts of packaging options pending on your requirements which may include PE/OPP bag, color gift boxes (with or without window), PVC boxes, cardboard boxes etc. We will work with you on your specific needs.
FAQ about Payment:
Q: What are your payment options?
A: Normally we accept T/T, L/C for mass goods.
T/T (Most frequently used): Normally 30% deposit before production starts, remaining balance of 70% is to be paid before releasing the Bill of Lading. If it's shipping by air, balance need to be paid in full before delivery.
L/C: L/C is suggested for larger orders.
Western Union and PayPal can be used for sample charges only.
FAQ about Test:
Q: What safety standard does the plush toys comply with?
A: EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, CCPSA and safety regulations for other markets.
Q: Testing charge?
A: We have signed a long-term cooperation agreement with SGS, under the agreement, our clients can get very nice preferential price. Feel free to send us email to get quote.
Q: Testing time?
A: Normally SGS is 5-7 working days. Testing times can vary according to how many items are being tested. Different labs may have different testing schedule...
FAQ about Shipping:
Q: Which shipping options can you provide?
A: Any shipping options include sea shipping, air shipping, express (DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx, etc). If you are from inland country for example: Mongolia, we can also ship by train.
Q: Which shipping port do you normally use?
A: Shanghai port is what we use since it is the closest port to us.
Q: Can you use forwarding company I usually cooperate?
A: Yes sure.
Q: When should I arrange the shipping?
A: If you will appoint a forwarding company, you can ask them to contact us 10-15 days before the delivery date. If we meet the Chinese New Year holiday, please give an advance to 15-25 days earlier so that we will have plenty of time to book a vessel and arrange the trucking company.
